Splendid still life of hunting and arranged table, representative of the Flemish tradition of the XVII century, where abundance and detail become protagonists. The composition is organized around a table covered by a rich red cloth, on which game pieces are arranged – hare, birds and other animals – along with fruits, utensils and glass objects, creating a set of great visual richness. The presence of the cat in the background, attentive to the scene, introduces a narrative element that dynamizes the composition and connects with the baroque taste for lively and anecdotal scenes.
